With over 15 years of research experience in pharma and agro business, Dr. Harish Kumar Grewal’s journey is characterized by his academic achievements, professional growth, passion for teaching, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Beginning with a strong academic foundation, Dr. Grewal earned his MSc. in Chemistry and secured CSIR-NET (JRF) qualification, underlining his early aptitude in the field. His academic journey reached its pinnacle with a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from IICT Hyderabad, guided by Dr. BVS Reddy, and further honed through a UGC Kothari Postdoc Fellowship under Prof. Goverdhan Mehta at the University of Hyderabad.

Along with running an academic institution by the name of HK GREWAL CLASSES, he founded PHAE INDUSTRIES with a mission of clean and safe environment. For accomplishing this mission, phae industry deals in discovering the new methods for waste water treatment from dye, agro, pharma industries, manufacture safe, heavy and durable glasswares and lab machinery.

Dr. Grewal’s professional experience added depth to his expertise, including roles as a Scientist at Ind Swift Laboratories and later as a Senior Scientist at PI Industries, offering insights into the pharmaceutical industry.
